VOICES FOR CHANGE
The VFC Project is a community of voices coming together to lift the human spirit and to bring awareness to important social and political issues through the power of music.
Change Agents
Now more than ever, it is so important to make our voices heard. Injustices are happening every single day; racism, discrimination, gun violence, and more. As artists, it is our responsibility to use our art to inspire and bring people together. It’s been clear for a long time that our youth will lead the fight for a better future, and the incredibly brave Parkland students further solidified that belief.
The fact that these students are leading the charge is both inspiring and heartbreaking. As VFC Founder Anthony Fedorov says “It’s my job to protect my child. Borrowing from the words of parent Beth Gonzalez, mother of Parkland shooting survivor and emerging activist Emma Gonzalez, we are “behind these kids,” but we “should be in front of them.” My hope is to continue to bring awareness and inspire these students to keep using their voice and go out and VOTE!”
Projects
The VFC Project mission is to bring awareness to the divisive issues plaguing our communities. Our hope is to encourage students to vote and to partner up with local Universities, music departments, student bodies and community coalitions through a series of concerts.
